He was predeceased by: his father Robert A. Mullins. He is survived by: his mother Lorine Mullins of Bluefield; his daughters, Teresa Mason (Larry) of Boissevain, Manda Mullins of Bluefield, WV and Rachel Coffey of Bluefield, WV; and his siblings, Steve Mullins (Sue) of Bastian, VA and Lois McGlothlin (Kenny Compton) of Lebanon, VA.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
