She is survived by: her children, Zoe Ann Merkle- Beach of Virginia and Dr. J. Craig Anderson; her grandson Jeremy Merkle (Nicholle Wacker); her great grandchildren, Ava Zoe Merkle and Katie Rogers; her sister Mollie Jo Comer; her niece Rama Dawn Faulkner; her nephew Todd Comer; and her great-nephew Craig Cardwell.
