She was predeceased by: her parents, William Worley and Marie Worley; her husband Charlie E. Fogleman; her daughter Linda Potter; her brother Paul Worley; and her son-in-law Jimmy Surface.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Arrington (Mark) of Bluefield, VA and Robert Fogleman (Dixie) of Bluefield, VA; and her sisters, Margaret Arnold (Bill) of Bluefield, WV and Shirley Akers (Gerald) of Bluefield, WV. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, one step-granddaughter, 11 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
