He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Rocchetti and Maria Giulliani Rocchetti; his grandson Jeffrey Scott Neal; and his siblings, Pietro Rocchetti (Pete), Ada Williams DeStafano (Itha), Yolanda Craft Sardano (Eula), Sabatino Rocchetti (Sam), Abramo Rocchetti (Abe) and Francisco Rocchetti (Frankie).
He is survived by: his children, Bluegrass and Bill Monroe; his wife Rosalie Shumate Rocchettiof; his children, Ricky Rocchetti (Linda) of Raleigh, NC, Lisa Rocchetti Neal (Donnie) of Springville, VA and Tina Rocchetti of Bluefield; and his grandchildren, Shane Neal of King, NC, Katie Rocchetti of Clearwater, FL and Mikael Kovanen (Max) of Roanoke, VA..
