He was predeceased by: his grandmother Donna Jean Wheeler; and his great-grandparents, Shirley J. Lilly and Estel "Dare" McKinney of Glen Morgan, WV.. He is survived by: his parents, David Michael Wheeler and Jennifer Erin Bolen; his brother Jonathan C. Wheeler; his grandfather David M. Wheeler Sr.; his great-grandparents, Carol F. McKinney of Glen Morgan, WV, Kenneth and Susan Waters of Kingsport, TN.; his aunts and uncles, Kristin F., David B. Squires, Scott A. M. McKinney of Daniels, WV and Jessica L. McKinney; his son William "Dare" Woodall; and his great-aunt Uncles.
In lieu of flower donations may be made to the family for funeral costs and other expenses.
