He is survived by: his parent Betty Spence Shrader; his wife Cheryl Culver Watkins; his children, Joshua Michael Watkins (Mary Dillon) of Bluefield and Allison Christine Watkins of Bluefield Special; his grandson Anthony James Thompson; his sister Lisa Sexton (Randy) of Princeton; his mother-in-law Alice Culver of Newfane, VT; and his brothers-in-law, Tom Culver (Maureen) of Scotia, NY, David Culver (Mary Beth) of Grafton and Several. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
