He is survived by: his father Chester W. Spriggs, Sr. of Dunbar, WV; and his siblings, Mary Ann Williams Hardrick of Redford, MI, Charlene M. Spriggs of Bluefield, Veronica N. Spriggs of Bluefield, Kayla D. Spriggs and Phillip D. Spriggs of Princeton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
