He is survived by: his wife Janet Cox of Bluefield, WV; his daughter Tammy Roark of Wytheville, VA; his stepdaughters, Gigi Chisom of Bluefield, WV, Susan Staley of Wytheville, VA and Dana Kincer of Elizabethton, TN; and his sisters, Helen Cox of Deland, FL, Lois Lawless of Bluefield, WV, Mary Valach of Princeton, WV and Violet Lawless of Waynesburg, PA. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Homes (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701).
