She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Elmo and Mary Ball Neel; her husband Jack Martin; and her sister Jane Mitchell. She is survived by: her daughter Jackie Williams (David) of Bluefield, VA; her grandchildren, Ryan Williams (Amanda Kulick) of White Plains, NY and Mary Grace Williams of Morgantown, WV; her niece Marlene Clift (Bowie); her nephews, Loren Mitchell (Dena), John Mitchell and David Mitchell (Christie); and her pet Chloe.
