With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Kitts (Bluefield, West Virginia), born in Pulaski, Virginia, who passed away on February 15, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mae Burgess and Lawrence Burgess; her husband Howard Kitts; and her siblings, Dorothy Crabtree, Hazel Stewart, Geneva Burgess and Eugene "Sonny" Burgess.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debby White (Calvin) of Smyrna, GA and Karen Woody (Fred) of Bluefield, VA; her grandchildren, Amy White Ziegler (Josh), Jason Woody (Pam) and Jeremy Woody (Kara); and her great grandchildren, Anna Woody, Sophie Woody and Lucy Ziegler.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the First United Methodist Church of Bluefield, VA.
