She was predeceased by: her parents, Chalk Ellison and Hazel Pizzini; and her daughter Tena Havens. She is survived by: her son Randy (Sarah Basham) of Nashville Tennessee; her sister Kathy (Waleed Mohammed) of Kuwait; her grandchildren, Robert Havens (Budgee), Danielle Havens, Haley Cole, Christian Basham and Makayla Andrews; and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Tucker Havens. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and other family and friends.
