She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Scarberry and Becky Scarberry; and her siblings, Austin Scarberry, Betty Sellards and Brenda McNelley.
She is survived by: her husband Everette Justice of Bluefield, WV; her children, Michael Justice of War, WV, Pamela Lester of Tazewell, VA, Clarissa Justice of Princeton, WV, Carolyn Blevins of Bluefield, WV and Sylvia Matney of Mud Fork, WV; and her brother Junior Scarberry of McDowell County, WV.. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; forty great-grandchildren.
