She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel Gillespie Bragg; and her siblings, Michael "Butch" Perkey, Bobby Perkey, Danny Bragg and Sharon Perkey Kinzer.
She is survived by: her significant other Chuck Lambert; her daughters, Charlotte and Amber Lambert; her son-in-law Travis Steptoe; her son Brandon Mullins; her niece Trisha Williams; her aunts, Brenda Mooney and Louise Whitt; her grandchildren, Cameron Lambert, Tyler Steptoe, Taylor Steptoe, Cullen Mullins, Charley Mullins and Ellie Mullins; her nephew Shawn Bragg; her daughters, Memory Hamilton, Kamber and Kayla Carinelli; and her sister Pam Carinelli. She is also survived by her husband, her daughters, her grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
