She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Kessinger and Nellie Kessinger of Athens; her husband Larry Keith Hurst; and her son Joshua Keith Hurst. She is survived by: her daughter Amanda Maria Hurst of Roanoke, VA; her close friend Bop; and her siblings, Brenda McCormick of Princeton, WV, Ted "Leslie" Kessinger (Tracy) of Princeton, WV and Terri Kessinger of Speedway, WV. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and close friends.
