She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Blizzard Sr. and Mozelle Wood Blizzard; her husband John Riley; her daughter Cynthia Stassin; her brothers, Kermit Blizzard and Claude Blizzard Jr.; and her son-in-law Jules Stassin.
She is survived by: her sisters, Beulah Radt of Richmond, VA and Lois Brown of Virginia Beach, VA..
