He is survived by: his wife Joy Perry Meadows; his children, Shawn Meadows (Angal) of Cleveland, OH, Robert Meadows of Cleveland, OH, Matthew Meadows of Beckley, WV, Brandy Radford (Dustin) of Bluefield, WV and April Hayes (Jeff) of Walkertown, NC; his sister Debbie McPherson (Steve) of Bluefield, WV; and his grandsons, Branden Meadows, Shawn Meadows, Jr., Robert Meadows, Jr., Justin Hayes, Joshua Hayes and Shane Radford. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; multiple honorary grandchildren.
