He was predeceased by: his brother Tim Ryan McPeak; and his niece Nikki Annetta McPeak. He is survived by: his daughter Beth Andrea McPeak (Richard Jones) of Sanford, NC; his grandchildren, Bryce Lawrence Jones (Mariah Collins) of Seaside, CA and Myka Andrea McPeak Jones of Sanford, NC; his siblings, Cathy Poe (Roger) of Bluewell, WV and Curtis Seets (Sharon) of Princeton, WV; his siblings-in-law, Larry Fuda (Margret) of Rocky Mount, Lynn Fuda (Anna Maria) of Princeton, WV., Richard Fuda (Deborah) of Princeton, WV. and Jenny Householder (Randy) of Hagerstown, MD; and his nieces and nephews, Joey Poe, Eric Poe, Ryan McPeak, Michael Fuda, Joshua Farmer, Justin Fuda, Sean Fuda, Shannon Fuda, Angela Fuda, Jessica Fuda and Allie Fuda. He is also survived by many great nieces, nephews, and cousins.
