He is survived by: his siblings, Butch Johnson (Judy) of Burke Mountain, Michael Johnson of Burke Mountain, Rodney Johnson (Kim) of Burke Mountain, Keith Johnson (Becky) of Maitland, Connie Monk of Lebanon, Linda Mitchem of Kegley, Sharon Jones (Darrell) of Maitland, Lori Johnson of Honaker and Rhonda Matney of Burke Mountain; and his friend Donnie Burnett of Burke Mountain. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
