In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Kelly Sue had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Kelly Sue may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles Eugene "Buck" Jones; her grandmother Ada Mae Shutt; and her sister Toni Lavern Shaffer. She is survived by: her mother Sandra Lavern Shutt; her children, Michael Sharp (Tonya) of Bluefield, WV and Kristina Burwell of Thompsontown, PA; her granddaughter Abbigail Sharp; and her sisters, JoAnna Montgomery (Dwayne) of New Market, TN. and Karen Ray of Bluefield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
