He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda; his parents, Aaron Oather Allen and Lillian Juanita Allen; his siblings, Bill Allen, Linda Simpson and Betsy Turner; his brothers-in-law, Tuffy Bryant and Jim Bryant; his mother-in-law Lucille Bryant Riddle; his daughters, Catherine Allen Cisco (Pat) and Paula Allen Tibbs; his grandchildren, William "Trey" Cisco, Toby Cisco and Chase Tibbs; his sister Tonya Allen Walkup (Troy); his brothers-in-law, Richard Bryant (Vanessa) and Terry Simpson; his son-in-law Chris Tibbs; and his sister-in-law Margaret Bryant. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Woodlawn Cemetery.
