She is survived by: her wife Chastity Millikin; her children, Salena Millikin, Noah Walker and Isaac Walker; her father Leonard David Millikin; her grandmother Joanne Stalling; her siblings, Miranda Millikin (Tristan Phillips), Leonard David Millikin Jr., Cody Scott and Justin Tessier; her mother-in-law Kimberly Sanders; and her brother-in-law Kristoffer Sanders. She is also survived by her children, wife, family, friends.
