She was predeceased by: her parent James Lowe; and her brother James Lowe. She is survived by: her parent Elizabeth Mary Lowe; her son John Hill (Heather) of Bluefield; her brothers, Jason Lowe of Bluefield and John Lowe of Bluefield, WV; her grandchildren, Kyle Martin, Kelsey Martin and Jessica Martin; her great grandchild Allen Wiley; and also Thomas Anderson of Bluefield, WV. She is also survived by mother and grandmother.
