She is survived by: her parent Ruthe Davis Harman; her children, Ruthe Cowan Tippett of War, WV, Kathi Cowan Williams of War, WV, Emma Rasi of War, WV, Keith Brock and Kevin Brock; and her siblings, Larry Harman, Drexel Harman, Claude Harman, Eddie Harman and Genevia Breeden. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
