He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kitty; his sons, Joseph Franklin Graham, Jr. of New Castle and Michael Graham of Beckley; his grandson Christopher Graham of Beckley; his great grandchildren, Selena, Adrianna and Isabella; his granddaughter Ashleigh Graham-Smith of Bellefonte; and his great grandchildren, Lilian, Norah Kate and Emersyn.
