He is survived by: his parents, Robert Clarke Stultz of Rocky Gap, VA and Brenda Williams Stultz of Bluefield, WV.; his wife Monica Leigh Baldwin Stultz of Bluefield, WV; his daughter Alexis Erin Stultz; his stepmother Darlene Stultz of Rocky Gap, VA.; his brother Chad Stultz; and his niece Madison Stultz of Rocky Gap, VA.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
