He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alexander and Alma Jean Finley; and his siblings, Deana "Dinky" Kidwell, Robert and Darlita Lynn Stroupe.
He is survived by: his brother Randall "Pedro" Finley (Angela); his nieces and nephews, Scotty Chinsolo (Amy), Joseph Alexander Finley, Rodney Mullin, Jeremy Mullin, Clark Edward Kidwell, Brandi Stroupe and Erica Lynn Kidwell; and his close friend Tina Jones.
