He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Rash and Agnes Sisk Rash; his daughter Ruby Carmen Rash; and his sister Ruby Fanning. He is survived by: his wife Pamela "Pam" Davis Rash of Bluefield; his daughter Emily Jenks (Bobby) of Cross Lanes; his grandchildren, Mac McMillen of Morgantown, Meredith and David Jenks of Cross Lanes; and his brothers, Pete Rash of Litwar and Donnie Rash (Brenda) of Morgantown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
