Lewis (Phillip) of Timberlake, NC, Lori L. Murray of Rayland, OH, Crystal K. Mills (Craig) of Huntington, WV and Amanda F. Hinson (Ray) of Taylorsville, NC; his grandchildren, Bella, Bradlee and Jase; and his nieces and nephews, Zachary Lewis, Tanner Lewis, Levi Lewis, Matthew Johnston, Veronica Hudson, Alyssa Mills, Gabe Mills, Abbie Kinser, Elijah Kinser and Eddie Pearcy.
