He is survived by: his grandsons, Alex Mooney of Huntington, WV and Jordan Mooney (Hannah) of Bluefield, WV; his great grandchildren, Tucker and Trace Mooney; his siblings, David M. Finley, Carl W. Finley, Jr., Walter "Smiley" Finley and Lorraine Lester; his friend Robert Taylor; and his pets, Lizzy and Charlie.
