He is survived by: his siblings, John Pennington (Shirley) of Roderfield, WV, Jim Pennington (Penny) of Princeton, WV and Shirley Cline of Princeton, WV; his children, Teresa Branham (Jeff) of Bluefield, WV and Tim Pennington (Dorothy) of Mount Holly, NC; his grandchildren, Krista Branham (Justin Adams) of Bluefield, WV, Jeremy Branham (Heather) of Bluefield, WV, T. J. Pennington and Brandon Pennington; and his great grandchildren, Jasen, Aiden Branham of Bluefield, WV, Emily, Kathy, Caden and Jack Pennington.
