He is survived by: his sister Ada Sizemore; his grandchildren, Stanley Lawrence Mullins and Laura Tackett; his great grandchild Jeremiah Moore; his sons-in-law, Lee Slusher and John Adkins; and his children, Evelyn Rose, Buddy Mullins (Paula), Carolyn Slusher, Betty Adkins and Stanley Mullins (Terry).
