He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Edward Kelly and Nellie Mae Buckland Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Mary Bailey Kelly; his son Jerry Wayne Kelly, Jr. (Debbie) of Illinois; and his sister Phyllis Smith of Wellington, OH.
