He is survived by: his siblings, Marc Parr of Bluefield, Corrine Floyd of Charleston, WV and Fannie Edmonds of Fredericksburg, VA; and his nieces, Raisa Harris of Charleston and Tisha Harris of Charleston. He is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
