She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Puckett and Stella Lee Puckett; her husband Jimmy Simons; and her daughter Diana O'Quinn. She is survived by: her children, Joe Simons (Debbie) of Front Royal, VA and Kim Jones (Henry) of Bluefield, WV; her son-in-law Thomas E. O'Quinn of Princeton, WV; her sister-in-law Phyllis Hartwell of Bluefield, WV.; her grandchildren, Daniel Jones, Mary Jones, Jennifer McNea of Front Royal, VA and Michael Simons of Raleigh, NC; and her great grandchildren, Abby Wilson, Hannah Wilson and Kaelyn McNea. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
