He is survived by: his parent Lotus Boley Sowers; his stepson Rita Pennington Sowers; his daughter Austin Lively; his siblings, Sydney Sowers (Jeremy) of Athens, WV and Frank R. Sowers, Jr. (Anita) of Harrisburg, PA; his parent-in-law Kathy Perry (Clayton) of St. Petersburg, FL; and his grandchildren, Loretta Pennington of Rock, WV and Lonnie. He is also survived by two nieces, and two nephews.
