He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Frazier and Susie Tempe Frazier; and his wife Patricia Anne Phelps Frazier. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Frazier of Bluefield, WV; and his stepgranddaughters, Selena Thomas and Amber Lucas.
