He was predeceased by: his parent Thurman Rash; and his siblings, Cecil Rash and Nancy Nelson. He is survived by: his parent Laura Dooley Rash; his wife Penny Teague Rash; his daughters, Angel Walker of Bluefield Jackie, Thomas of Bluefield Renee, Prazecky of Kernersville and Stephanie White (Shon) of Troutman, NC; and his brother Richard Rash (Thelma) of Bluefield Several. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
