He was predeceased by: his mother Dolly Mae Woods Rose; his wife Dorothy Farmer; his stepfather William Thomas Rose; his siblings, James Wesley Farmer, Jr. and Brenda Sue Goodwin; his nephews, Dewayne Farmer and Johnny Westmoreland, Jr.; his siblings, Johnny Westmoreland (Donna) of Charlotte, NC, Margaret Lewis (Sam Wright) of Bluefield, VA, Glenna Gale Lambert and Kathy Shrader (Bobby Aust) of Bluefield, WV; and his niece Becky Garrison.
