It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herbert James Cline of Bluefield, West Virginia, born in Panther, West Virginia, who passed away on April 12, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Andy Cline and Lilly Belle Blankenship Cline; and his son David J. Cline. He is survived by: his wife Helen Louise Shirley Cline; his pet Monkey; his children, Ramona C. Bradshaw (Michael) of Tazewell, VA, James E. (Christine) and Kevin T. (Kristin) of Greer, SC; and his grandchildren, Ann Cline and Michael Cline (Jennifer).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Homes (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cravens-Shires Funeral Home (3431 Coal Heritage Rd, Bluefield, WV 24701).
