We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2020, at the age of 92, Helen Ruth Lowe Arney of Bluefield, West Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Helen Ruth Lowe Arney to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin F. Lowe and Ida Mae Carter Lowe; her husband Paul H. Arney; her son Ronnie Lee Arney; and her brothers, James Clyde Lowe and Oakey M. Lowe.
She is survived by: her daughters, Connie Burress (Donald) of Bluefield and Liesia Cooper (Jimmy) of Abingdon, VA; her grandchildren, Dr. Jonathan Burress (Beth), Jimmy Cooper, II (Ashley) and Shawna Owens (Scott); and her nephews, Johnny Lowe and Jason Lowe. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Per Mrs. Arney's request and due to Covid 19, services will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Baptist Church, Bluefield, WV or to the Alzheimer's Association.
