He was predeceased by: his mother Billie Ratliff Taylor; his stepfather Brack Taylor Sr.; his grandparents, Ruth Ratliff and Stanley Ratliff; his half-brother Brack "Sonny" Taylor Jr.; and also, Ralph "Tootie" Ratliff and Anita Ratliff.
He is survived by: his wife Arita Sylvester Ratliff; his daughters, Heather White (Christopher White) of Athens and Krista Ratliff (Charles Jackson) of Charlotte, NC.; his grandchildren, Emily Stock of Athens, Shawn Thorne of Athens and Isaac White of Athens; his great grandchildren, Colby Kelly of Athens and Berklee Lester of Athens; his friend Joe Mason of Caro; and also Mother.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Glenn's memory to the SECU Family house, 1970 Baldwin Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
