It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Scott (Bluefield, West Virginia), who passed away on November 23, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Scott and Bertie Bond Scott. He is survived by: his wife Myrtle Ashlin Scott; his children, Arthur Scott (Sherri) of Pocahontas, VA, Timothy Scott (Carol) of Bluefield, VA, George Scott (Brenda) of Bluefield, VA, Nathan Scott (Sherry) of Matthews, NC, Abbie Simons (Jerry) of Chilhowie, VA and Alice Cook of Abbs Valley, VA; and his sister Carol Roberts of Cedar Grove, VA.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchildren.
