It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Odell Pannell Jr. of Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred O. Pannell, Sr. and Gracie Lee Perry Pritchett; and his former wives, Constance K. Pannell and Kathy Swanson Pannell. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Gammon (Richard), Laura Pannell, Corey Pannell (Lindsey), Tamecka Wallace and Brittany Pannell; his stepchildren, Ashley, Alvin, Adam, Angel and William; and his siblings, Melvin Pannell (Connie) and Jewell Sanya. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and one great-grandchild; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
