He was predeceased by: his parent Carlos Hogan. He is survived by: his parent Shirley Tate Hogan of Bluefield; his wife Kimberly Gearheart Hogan; his sister Carla Pochick of Culloden, WV; his stepdaughters, Samantha Bowling, Michelle Teague and Heather Taylor; his niece Ashlei Cee of Georgia; his nephew Hogan Frazier of Bluefield; and also Tom of Culloden, WV.
