He is survived by: his wife Rita Watkins; his children, Johnny Watkins and Jill Dean; his stepson John Beaver; his siblings, Roger Watkins (Brenda) and Amanda Butler (Greg); his grandchildren, Cooper, Zoe Dean and Mia Watkins; and his niece Kimberlee Butler.
