He is survived by: his children, Frank Stepp, Jr. and Vicki Stepp Russell; his grandchildren, Bryan Stepp and Lindsay D. Setter; his stepdaughter Angela Parnell Sadler; his parent Sophie Steplowski; and also, Liz Sarver and Rick Sarver.
