We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2023, at the age of 71, Festina Spencer of Bluefield, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Festus Bratton and Uldene Hopkins Bratton; her husband Eugene Spencer Jr.; and her sister Rebecca Hurt. She is survived by: her daughters, Trista Spencer of Bluefield, WV and Timitra "Timi" Spencer of Charlotte, NC.; and her grandson Jeremiah Pannell (Gizmo) of Charlotte, NC. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
