She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde H. Bratton and Agnes Halsey Bratton; her husband Thomas "Jerry" Spicer; and her son Michael Spicer. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Savanna Parker (Michael) of Bland, VA and Adam Spicer of Bland, VA; her siblings, Chester Bratton (Edie) of Bluefield, WV, Lester Bratton (Roseanna) of Bluefield, WV, Roger Bratton of Bluefield, WV, Ronnie Bratton (Margaret), Brenda Rutledge of Tazewell, VA and Rita Shultz (Steve) of Bluefield, WV; and her close friends, Edna Conley of Bland, VA and Carolyn Spicer of Bluefield, WV.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great nephews.
