It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Geraldine Doby of Bluefield, West Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leola Mays and Arnard "Jess" Mays; her husband James; and her siblings, Sherlyn "Buster", Maxine (Clarence) and Arnold "Buddy" (Arbana).
She is survived by: her children, Jamie and Eric (Vickie); her grandchildren, Jessica, Matthew (Janelle), Taylor (Nick) and David; her great grandchildren, Matthew "Knox", Rosalie Mays and Harrison; and her brother Charles (Emma Jean). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
