She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ashlin and Katherine Irvin Ashlin; and her son John. She is survived by: her children, Marvin Serechen (April) and Debra Serechen of Bluefield; and her sisters, Myrtle Scott of Pocahontas, VA and Maggie White. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
